I'm not trying to show off, I just feel that my live journal looks pretty good for being a Free account. Feel free to add me, I'll do the same for you!

Okay Folks,
Have at it.

It's done in front page- but really I'm trying to learn the real way.
I've checked it itn Mozilla(my preference), IE and Netscape and it seems to work in all.
Much ablige.

Hey all. I've been toying around with web design for quite a while now, and I was hoping you'd take a look at this for me. The site is http://dave.homelessatnyu.com/. The only things that aren't compliant are the mood icons on the lj page. What I'm really looking for is comments on usability, aesthetics, and "feel". I know I'm not a photoshop whiz kid. I use text links for a reason. I don't intend to change that.

errata: I'm aware of only a couple minor incongruities between gecko and IE. One is related to the css :before and :after pseudo-classes. The other is with navigation, in IE the link description doesn't show up like I want when you hover the link. If there are any more issues, I'd appreciate you pointint them out.

Yes I have made a new site. I kind of rushed with it so I didn't put in the validation tags (Doctype, charset) on some of the pages. But validation aside (even though I would like to know how other browsers handle my site) I would like just a review on my layout. How it could be fixed up and all that.

This is my mother's website. We've been discussing it for a while, and now we wanted some outside rating. It's in german, so I realize that it will be impossible for most of you to rate the content, but I'm more interested in your take on the colours. She says that since it's a website about arab/islamic customs and traditions related to henna, she tried to translate the feeling of an arab miniature into a website.

I say my eyes hurt. What do you think?
